I spend most of my day with the dog. Ok, I spend all day with the dog. But she’s so cute I can’t complain. My husband comes home for lunch and I have family in and out all day. But working from home can be a crazy lifestyle. Here are my tips on how I keep my sanity working from home.
My business besties
My mastermind ladies are all over the world. One is the UK, one is in Florida, the other is in Cali, and here I am in Italy. Thanks to the wonderful people at whatsapp, we text each other all the live long day. And I do mean from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to bed. We talk about our business, our families, our houses, our health, everything. They are my biz bff’s and I could not live without them.
This is where I meet people. Think of it like a giant networking conference everyday available 24/7. I ask questions I answer questions I find out new things. Facebook groups are where I found my style coach (she is amazing!!!!) and my interior designer.
Yoga and meditation
I love my hour workout routine. It’s half an hour of a crazy HIIT workout with Millionaire Hoy on Youtube and then half an hour of yoga with Adrienne. I end with ten minutes of guided meditation. It’s like when you take the battery out of your phone and restart it and it starts working normally again.
Right now I’m reading She Means Business by Carrie Green of the Female Entrepreneur Association. SOOOO amazing. I love it beyond words. But after that, I’ve got a line up books coming my way. And I don’t just read for business stuff. I read trashy novels, religious books, anything that is printed in a book or a kindle book.
