Once you can find an expert willing to grant you an interview, you can either conduct it over the phone and then transcribe it later, or you can send the expert a list of question and have them answer it. The downside of the second option is that you cannot ask to follow up questions based on answers given.
With the interview done, all you need to do is write an introduction and a conclusion and you are done.
This method is great for short posts. Look for a highly engaging or trending video related to your topic. Embed this in your post and then write your takeaways from the video, whether or not you agree with them or any other angle from which you want to approach it.
The idea is to ride on the interest the video has generated by giving your own view on it.
