Yoga and I have a long history. In the ninth grade, I had to do a report on yes you guessed it, Yoga. I was hooked from the beginning of that research report. I even did some live Yoga in class for my presentation. Over the years, I’ve tried all forms of exercise. Yoga however has been the only one that has stuck with me through the years and travels and countries.
What exactly is Yoga?
No Yoga is not bending your body in weird positions. In fact, most people who say they can’t do yoga, have already done some yoga at some point in time. Yoga is simple moving your body in a certain set of positions to get yourself back in alignment. You don’t have to do power yoga. You don’t have to have rock hard abs. It’s ok if you fall sometimes. In fact, you’re supposed to.
Why is Yoga so good for working at home?
